Bully In My Head

Whilst Alex’s diagnosis is BDD, I too can relate to the bully in my head, who has in the past told me I’m worthless and unlovable
Whilst I’m grateful that the bully no longer tells me I suck every day, this week it has crept back in.
This happens when I’m feeling tired and overwhelmed with all I’m doing. It was a welcome ‘check and balance’ that I also need to take some time out and look after my own recovery.
Alex, you do not suck, and neither do any of us who are learning to love and embrace our entire being.
