“Take a chill pill.”
I’m sorry, but when your anxiety is sky high, people who tell you to chill out, just don’t get it.
My anxiety has got so bad, I’m scared to leave the house, in case I’m triggered.
I went to the supermarket late last night. I try to go first thing or late at night when there’s less chance of me seeing someone I know. But I freaked out and had to leave the trolley and run home.
I’m going to do something today though. I’m going to call the doctors and sort this out. I used to be a really creative, outgoing person. I want that person back.
But please, if you don’t know how someone is feeling, don’t be so ignorant as to say “chill out.”
