My Safe Space

“I cannot think of a time where I wasn’t exhausted or in a state of panic. All the medications numb things down but don’t do the trick really. It’s constant struggle and my bed is my safe space.

I have people that I love and when they say that my life isn’t so difficult I feel guilty. I moved to a country on my own and it’s been great but financially I’m struggling. Living life day by day and sometimes it is a good day.

Some days I eat healthy, go for a swim and socialize and other days I eat way way too much cheese and netflix asks me if I’m still there like 5 times. Balance.”
