Show Your Body Kindness

It’s easy to disregard your body as something that will always be there. 
I have treated my own with complete neglect over the years of my anorexia.
.
I occasionally still slip into harmful thinking/behaviours, but I quickly remind myself that I am grateful to still be here.
 
I encourage you to take a minute, pause and think about your own body, and ask yourself if you are treating it with the respect it deserves. 
Be kinder, more compassionate and love the body/ ‘home’ that you have been given. It is exactly that…a gift.
