Chris Sandel is a nutritionist and Neuro Linguistic Practictioner, who works with clients all around the world to help them have a healthier relationship with food. I was delighted to be given the opportunity to be a guest on his podcast to talk about my recovery journey. I would highly recommend Chris if you need some guidance around your own relationship with food and nutrition.
A bit about Chris in his own words…
“After years of study I have come to the realisation that the ‘facts’ purported by the media about what is healthy food and how to live a healthy lifestyle couldn’t be further from the truth. Nothing gives me greater pleasure then telling people that they should be eating saturated fats, they shouldn’t be cutting portion sizes, that eating red meat is good for them, and that they should be getting more sleep and exercising less.
While people think that seeing a nutritionist will mean restrictive diets of nothing but salad and tofu, this couldn’t be further from the truth. People leave with more choice not less and are amazed at the delicious food recommendations and how much better they feel eating them.”
